Terms of Service

Last updated: February 8, 2026

1. Agreement & Eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and LeapNet LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("LeapNet"). LeapNet LLC is the sole contracting entity for the Services. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), DMCA/Complaints Policy, and the Regional Dispute Resolution Addenda below.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the F6VPN apps, websites, and related services we provide. "Account" means the user account you create. "Paid Plan" means a subscription plan with paid access. "Free Plan" means the free tier with limited data and server locations.

3. Description of Service

F6VPN provides VPN apps and related services that encrypt your connection and mask your IP address. We offer a free tier with limited server locations and data and paid plans with broader access, as described on our pricing page. Availability may vary by location, and access to specific third-party services is not guaranteed.

4. Service Availability & Limitations

We strive to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control. Speeds and performance vary based on network conditions, device configuration, and your location. We do not guarantee access to any specific content, service, or website.

5. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and use the Service within the device limits of your plan. You may not sell, sublicense, or share your account beyond those limits.

6. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent technical protections except where permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use F6VPN to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, send spam, conduct network abuse such as DDoS or port scanning, attempt unauthorized access, probe or scrape our systems, or resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (including app stores). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy policies apply.

9. Payment Terms

For purchases made on our website, charges are processed in the United States and denominated in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by FastSpring. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the billing date (at least 24 hours in advance). Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the platform processes payment and its terms (including currency, taxes, and cancellations) apply.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. The guarantee applies only to your first purchase; renewals are not refundable unless required by law. To request a refund, contact support@f6vpn.com within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days. For App Store or Google Play purchases, refunds are handled by the platform. We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or chargeback activity.

11. Suspension & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time and your access will remain active until the end of the billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, abused the Service, or pose a risk to other users or our infrastructure.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by LeapNet LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

13. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant LeapNet LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them without restriction or compensation.

14. DMCA & Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to legal@f6vpn.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Your notice must include your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury. Counter-notices should include the same elements and consent to jurisdiction. We may terminate repeat infringers. DMCA notices may also be mailed to our registered agent address on file with the Wyoming Secretary of State.

15. Transparency Reporting

We aim to publish periodic transparency reports covering the number and type of legal requests we receive (e.g., criminal, civil, and DMCA). Because we do not keep activity logs, we cannot provide browsing or traffic content data.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL PROVIDE SPECIFIC SPEEDS OR ACCESS TO SPECIFIC WEBSITES OR SERVICES.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, F6VPN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F6VPN, LeapNet LLC, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

19. Export Controls & Sanctions

You agree to comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws. You may not use, export, or re-export the Service in violation of U.S. laws or the laws of your jurisdiction.

20. Changes to Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our app at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

22. Regional Dispute Resolution Addenda

Depending on your residence, the following addenda apply and replace any conflicting dispute-resolution terms above.

Appendix A — United States

Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only; class and representative actions are not permitted. Under the AAA Consumer Rules, the consumer administrative fee is capped at $225 and the business pays the arbitrator's compensation unless required otherwise by law. The arbitration will take place in Wyoming or by video/phone at your election. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first use by emailing legal@f6vpn.com with the subject line "ARBITRATION OPT-OUT" and your full name and account email.

Appendix B — EEA/UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence and benefit from mandatory consumer protections. We do not use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

Appendix C — Other Regions

For users outside the EEA/UK and the United States, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English and, where practical, remotely. If arbitration is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Wyoming, USA.
